Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there are any damages to the product received, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please note that exchanges are usually not entertained as each item is printed on order. Please see below for

more information on our exchange policy.


All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To exchange your order:

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp (+91 8086097902) mentioning purchase details including the order number and also mentioning the reason for return.

  2. If you have received a defective product, send us images through WhatsApp.

  3. Your return will be approved provided there is a satisfactory reason for the same.

  4. Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected, and the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least (1-2) days from receiving your item to process your exchange. We will notify you.

Exchange policy

Customers can return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you must self-ship the product(s).

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
